DIVINE SUBJECTS OF THE GRACE COVENANT- A CORE BURDEN TODAY IN THE BLOWING OF THE TRUMPET
(PART 2)
INTRODUCTION
The Rights of a partaker of the Grace Covenant reside in the benefits that flow to him from the bowels of the Most High God. These blessings are incorporated into the Redemption Plan which God drew up to be executed through a covenant. This covenant is unilaterally guaranteed by Him and secured to those who are favoured to enter into it with Him. The subjects of this covenant of Grace are given certain responsibilities towards Him which He enables them to perform. The power the divine subjects possess to function effectively in realizing God’s purpose in Redemption comes with living in the good of ALL THE BENEFITS AND RIGHTS included in the covenant of Grace.
In yesterday’s ministration we focussed on the BENEFITS, thus leaving us with the task of exploring the RIGHTS that are ours by the Gospel of the Grace of God. Recall the claim made earlier on that the RIGHTS spring from the BENEFITS and that they both make up the blessings with which we are blessed in Christ Jesus.
QUESTION 4- WHAT RIGHTS DO THE DIVINE SUBJECTS HAVE AS PARTAKERS OF THE GRACE COVENANT.
- I HAVE AUTHORITY TO USE THE NAME OF JESUS.MK:16:17; ACTS 3: 6,16; JOHN14:14. This authority confers us with the right to enforce the Lord’s VICTORY through His CROSS and His revealed WILL. Take note of other details.
- I HAVE RIGHT TO LIFE AND LIFE’S RIGHTS UNDER GOD. ROMANS 1: 17. This almost exclusively flows from our being individually THE RIGHTEOUSNESS OF GOD IN CHRIST JESUS. 2 Cor. 5:21. I have the RIGHT to completely enjoy the goodness of GOD and to partake fully of the ministry of Jesus
- I’M SEATED WITH CHRIST IN DOMINION OVER SATAN AND HIS DOMAINS. EPH. 2:6. This couples with the precious truth of Romans 8:37. Seating in Dominion is not earned but flows from the glorious triumph of the Son of God over the satanic kingdom. Jesus Christ is the greater than David and we through Christ are the greater Solomon.
- I’VE RIGHT AND PRIVILEGE TO THE REVELATION OF THE WORD. JOHN 15:5; 17:8. This is my RIGHT as a child of God in the divine class. John 17: 8 says it ALL.
- JESUS CHRIST IS MY HIGH PRIEST AND I’M BY HIS MERIT, AN UNDERPRIEST. Isaiah 53:6ff says so much about this ministry of Christ. He qualifies me to co-labour with Him.
- EVERY BLESSING THE SPIRIT OF THE GLORIFIED CHRIST HAS WRITTEN IS MINE. I am a heir of God and a joint-heir with Christ. Romans 8: 16, 17. Gal. 3: 29. 4:1
- AS ONE SINGULARLY BLESSED, I’M CALLED IN CHRIST TO THE MINISTRY OF BLESSING MY EVER EXPANDING WORLD.
The divine subjects of the Grace Covenant constitute the SEED OF CHRIST to whom belong all the blessings. Gen12: 2: 2, 3; 22:16-15. Gal. 3:16, 29.
