We shall be discussing on strata in the kingdom of heaven in relation to the stars of the heaven, the seed of Abraham in the heavenly realm. Recall that the seed of Abraham are in two classes, the stars of the heaven and the sand upon the seashore.
We are clearly told in scripture that there are various graces and capabilities in ministry [Matthew 25:15]. There captains over thousands, and captains over hundreds, and captains over fifties, and captains over tens [ Deuteronomy 1:15] We also see this in 2 Samuel 23:8-38, as David mighty warriors.
David Army is definitely a type. As we see in the type, so it’s in the antitype, even at the close of this church age. The particular time of the church age is referred to as the Epiphaneia when the inheritance/ rewards are entered into by the servants of God.[Revelation 11:18] .
According to Paul in 2 Timothy 4:8 KJV — Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing (Epiphaneia).
Beloved, we are all in a journey, from humanity to divinity, as we have borne the image of the earthy, we shall also bear the image of the heavenly .[1 Corinthians 15:49 KJV] As Jesus said in John 14:6 KJV — Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. This journey is to the father. A placement in divinity and in the father’s house where there are many realms [John 14:2] He that is joined unto the Lord is one spirit [1 Corinthians 6:17 KJV] This placement in Him are for those that have made a covenant with Him by sacrifice and working in faithfulness.[Psalm 50.5 ; 1 Corinthians 15:36 ]
Not everyone makes it to the bride class, Christ the first fruits, we see that the virgins that were and is foolish [Matthew 25:11-13] and the servant that was and is wicked, slothful, and unprofitable [Matthew 25:24-30] is cut off from this class.
Remember as Paul wrote to the Corinthians. For other foundation can no man lay than that is laid, which is Jesus Christ. Now if any man builds upon this foundation gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, stubble; Every man’s work shall be made manifest: for the day shall declare it, because it shall be revealed by fire; and the fire shall try every man’s work of what sort it is. If any man’s work abides which he hath built thereupon, he shall receive a reward. If any man’s work shall be burned, he shall suffer loss: but he himself shall be saved; yet so as by fire. [1 Corinthians 3:11-15 KJV] see also [Revelation 22:12 & 2 John 1:8]
There are strata in the kingdom of heaven according to Matthew 5:19 KJV — Whosoever, therefore, shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven. There are those that are least and great in the kingdom of heaven based on what they do and teach.
These are the brethren according to Matthew 7:21-27 and Luke 6:46-48 that are wise. Who hear and do God’s word, building their house upon a rock, the foundation and because they do the will of God they abide forever.[1 John 2:17] In view of the fact that they do God’s will in their lives they are able to construct other people’s lives into the image and likeness of God.
Observation
To be called great in the kingdom of heaven we need:
● to do ( original Greek: to make, to produce, construct, form, fashion, to bear, shoot forth) and
■ to teach (original Greek: didactic discourses to explain or expound a thing)
Question :
● Are you actively hearing and living in the Light of His word and in the process of constructing, fashioning lives for the Lord to make them blossom and be fruitful? [Isaiah 40:3–5].
●Are you teaching this gospel of the kingdom? Remember Paul’s admonition to Timothy in 2 Timothy 2:2 KJV — And the things that thou hast heard of me among many witnesses, the same commit thou to faithful men, who shall be able to teach others also. This represents four generation or four classes of impartation of life.
Prayers
●Pray for teaching graces [apostolic teachers & prophetic teachers] for yourself and your brethren.
●Pray for skills in every dimension of God’s Word for yourself and your brethren. Skill to birth people into these strata of life, the birthing of Manchild, as Paul puts it, he travails in birth again until Christ be formed in the Galatians. [Galatians 4:19].
